Installation


Thanks to a solid network of partners, Génisys offers full service electrical and mechanical installation of your material systems. Since many businesses have their own internal maintenance teams, we will be happy to work out a labour sharing agreement with your company.


Set-up

Before activating your new systems, Génisys will make sure everything is working properly by checking all connections. After that, we will begin a step-by-step start up of the programs in the integrated systems and we will remain on site until a positive production test is fully validated by your personnel.


Training

Once your new systems have been installed, it will be crucial to ensure that all personnel are properly trained to use the equipment. This will increase the probability of the integrated project’s success, speed up your return on investment, and improve productivity. Our technicians and engineers offer full individual or group training on all equipment that we install. Your personnel will receive customized training designed to meet your real-life daily production needs. Genisys instructors are accredited by Emploi Quebec (accreditation #: 005451).


Technical Support

Since most equipment failures are caused by computer problems, we can usually provide remote solutions to your problems depending on the systems in place. We also have a team of expert technicians ready to provide on-site support if needed. In order to meet your needs, we can also work out a customized technical support rate for your business.
